Meet the Owner

Cecilia Gadd-Siegel

Originally from Sweden, Cecilia has called the U.S. home for 35 years and has lived in Colorado for the past 25. Her work is deeply influenced by her Scandinavian roots, love of nature, and global travels.

Cecilia came to the U.S. on a swimming scholarship and competed for Drury University. Her passion for homes and aesthetics took shape in 2000 when she renovated her first bungalow in Harkness Heights. In 2017, she thoughtfully converted an 1889 carriage house into a duplex designed to offer tenants a welcoming, tranquil atmosphere.

She now lives in Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood and is a self-professed design addict—rarely able to resist paint samples, wallpaper, or a good furniture hunt. She's often spotted at Lucas Paint, searching for just the right shade.

When not touring houses for fun or staging them for sale, Cecilia enjoys seafood (and a good Kike’s Red Taco), neighborhood yoga, and swim workouts. She’s assisted in her staging projects by her husband Joel and their two kids, Tuva (20) and Finn (17). Their mini-Aussie, Storm, and cats Elsa and Louise, while adorable, offer zero help.
